Job description

Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team to cover EMEA. The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Solution Assessments for the given area for Microsoft. The Delivery Manager acts as the main point of contact between stakeholders, managing the expectations, risks, and escalations of any cases. The Delivery Manager works with all internal teams to align the delivery, changes, and resources for the areas. 

List of responsibilities: 

  • Acting as a main point of contact for stakeholders
  • Being transparent in communication 
  • Managing the expectations of stakeholders
  •  Planning out and monitoring any confirmed (qualified) changes/requests/asks from the Areas or stakeholders
  • Teaming up with relevant internal stakeholders to effectively land any changes 
  • Ensuring relevant internal stakeholders’ participation across all steps of the project (i.e. change/update/request) delivery and clear communications between the teams. Providing clarity and guidance on any limitations/arrangements to avoid incompliance 
  • Ensuring quality delivery of Solution Assessments within the SLA  
  • Maintaining clean forecast with the help of Sales excellence team and Team Leads to avoid reputational risks in missing this aspect 
  • Acting on any escalations/concerns received from stakeholders and ensuring quality resolution to support BAU (business as usual) in all serviced areas 
  • Working closely with the Solution Area Leads, Sales Excellence Lead, Tech Masters Lead, and the Team Leads to align the delivery, changes, and resources for the areas  
  • Facilitating the communication and collaboration among the internal teams and Microsoft 

Professional and Technical competencies: 

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques  
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software  
  • Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI  
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills. 
  • Integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations’ business needs. 
  • Work with IT systems in support of collecting data. 
  • Self-Direction and a focus on quality, apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
