Who we are looking for:
A politically tuned, programme delivery wizard who can establish and control several streams of work across multi-year engagements; balancing the needs of each work stream against the programme objectives and stakeholder needs. You’ll be responsible for running your programme and project teams and reporting into the Delivery Director and the operational board on programme status. 

All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important, we’re really open to Programme Managers that have a solid transferable background looking to deliver a mix of well governed Business Transformation, Dynamics 365 delivery, Bespoke Development projects and programmes, with a blend of agile and waterfall approaches as appropriate. We’re looking for someone that will take responsibility for their programmes, as well as rescue and turnaround projects that have hit a roadblock (it happens occasionally!) 

This is also a line management position with responsibility for the pastoral care and career development of a small number of our amazing Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters.

Required Experience: 
•    Creating and maintaining the environment in which the programme will succeed
•    Making sure programmes, workstreams and projects are delivered beyond expectations
•    Managing short- and long-term objectives and ensuring programmes track against these milestones. 
•    Establishing and operating governance structures within programmes to ensure effective decision making and robust assurance. 
•    Engaging with and managing senior stakeholders both within our clients and Kerv Digital, constantly looking to head off issues before the occur whilst managing stakeholder expectations.
•    Reporting programme status to the Kerv Digital operations board and the client. 
•    Meeting customers, listening carefully and understanding their business 
•    Working with on/off-shore development/implementation teams 
•    Managing programme and project cost and time tracking 
•    Identifying and delivering change control and upsell 
•    Wrestling detailed requirements and designs into an implementable plan 
•    Managing an agile development process, directly and indirectly through our delivery managers and scrum masters 
•    Line management of a small team 
•    Ability to step into a project that needs to be reset, working with the stakeholders and the project team to turn things around

•    An escalation handler, able to achieve win-win outcomes by utilising the skills across the team 
•    Ability to work effectively with remote teams in India 
•    Ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
