Job description

Job Title: HEDIS Auditor Trainee
Job Types: Full-time Seasonal. Candidates must be able to commit to 40 hours per week during training and throughout the entire HEDIS season

Shift Hours: Applicant should be available to work from 6 AM to 6 PM CST.

Standard Shift Hours: 07:00am EST to 05:00pm EST (Subject to change based on business needs)

This is a remote position available to candidates located within the United States. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay Structure:

The training pay rate is $25 per hour

Post Training completion, the pay rate increases to $30 per hour

Job Summary: Learn and test on 13 HEDIS measures with the expectation of passing all 13 measures with the knowledge and expertise they need to be auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

To complete the trainings each week they are assigned including test sets and that's it until training is done
Responsible for knowing all HEDIS measures trained, understanding of HEDIS Technical Specifications, HEDIS NCQA PCS’s and maintain greater than 98% accuracy in any measure overall.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum CPC or CCS certification from AHIMA or AAPC is required.
Minimum 1year of experience in HEDIS, should be credentialed coder or RN/LPN with current licensure
