- Administer Family Medical Leave Act and other leaves per guidelines
- Handle high volume of incoming calls professionally
- Provide efficient follow-up on leave requests via phone and email
- Communicate clearly with callers, identify needs and educate them
- Maintain accurate documentation of leaves within proprietary database
