A day in the life. 


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Acquisition Technology Program Manager to lead the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions during agency acquisitions. This role requires a good overall understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to drive scalable enterprise-wide solutions that align with organizational goals.


•    Guide cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce acquisition-related integrations and customizations.
•    Lead planning and execution of Salesforce integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•    Create and manage project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
•    Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related programs, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
•    Collaborate with Development Teams, Scrum Masters, and Salesforce Architects to manage project plans and ensure quality assurance.
•    Interface with technical teams and stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope.
•    Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
•    Coordinate user training and support initiatives to enhance CRM adoption and user satisfaction.
•    Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
•    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM functionalities with business strategies.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
•    Overall 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Program Manager focused on Salesforce technologies.
•    Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing and ambiguous goals.
•    Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex Salesforce solutions to diverse audiences.
•    Strong understanding of development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as they pertain to Salesforce projects.
•    Ability to learn new Salesforce tools and technologies to continuously improve project delivery effectiveness.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,920-124,415. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
