Responsibilities
  • Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to luxury cruise lines, including bookings and itinerary planning.
  • Provide expert advice on cruise options, onboard amenities, and destination highlights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle client concerns and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, luxury cruise offerings, and new destinations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and promote luxury cruise travel.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in customer service or travel support, particularly in the luxury sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of luxury cruises and understanding of travel industry trends is a plus.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
