Global Mobility Consultant - Remote

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Global Mobility Consultant to support our team with mobility and relocation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing global mobility expertise, supporting the international workforce, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role will be offered through an umbrella company under IR35 regulations.

What you'll do:

• Working closely with the HR team to provide expertise advise on the global mobility process for employees on international assignments, including tax, immigration, compensation, and relocation.
• Coordinate work visas, permits, and other necessary legal documentation for employees working overseas.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in global mobility laws, tax regulations, and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• You will bring proven experience in managing end-to-end international assignment services for relocating assignees.
• Proven experience in global mobility management, with a strong understanding of international relocation, taxation, immigration, and compliance.
• Experience in global mobility in the UK, EU and China is essential.
• Knowledge of IR35 regulations and experience working as a contractor through an umbrella company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

• Strong IT skills in MS Office.
