Responsibilities
  • Provide cheerful and friendly customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, orders, and any issues they may encounter.
  • Engage with customers in a positive way that enhances their overall experience with our premium coffee service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and coffee trends to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a lively environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
