Remote Senior FP&A Analyst

Our client, a leading agency specializing in brand transformation and customer engagement solutions, is seeking a Remote Senior FP&A Analyst. This innovative firm is dedicated to enhancing organizational performance and driving growth through strategic insights and creative solutions.

The Remote Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and driving business performance. This fully remote position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, develop budgets and support strategic decision-making processes.

Remote Senior FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance and support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with department leaders to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  
  

Remote Senior FP&A Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an agency, investment banking, private equity, transaction services or consulting environment
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or any similar EPM software is a must
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software/tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
