Job Title: Remote Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed law firm, recognized for its expertise in business and real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in California civil litigation and will thrive in a collaborative, dynamic work environment that emphasizes professional growth and a balanced lifestyle. Work Arrangement

This role is entirely remote, providing you with unparalleled flexibility in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through effective communication and representation.
  • Manage various components of the discovery process, including requests for production, interrogatories, and requests for admission.
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings with precision.
  • Represent clients in court, including hearings, conferences, and trials.
  • Conduct and defend depositions as part of the litigation process.
  • Organize evidence, prepare trial briefs, and coordinate with witnesses for trial preparation.
  • Achieve an annual target of 1750 billable hours.
