Join our prestigious litigation law firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area as an Associate Attorney specializing in Civil Litigation. This initial phase is designed to help new attorneys acclimate to our firm's processes and build essential connections within the team.

As a member of our Pleasanton office, you will have the opportunity to represent clients across a range of civil litigation and personal injury matters while furthering your professional development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients in court and throughout legal proceedings.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents meticulously.
  • Provide legal counsel on disputes, particularly in personal injury and civil litigation.
  • Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.
  • Manage various facets of legal practice, including case preparation and client communication.

Required Skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership with the California Bar.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and procedural requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience conducting depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
  • Exceptional writing skills for crafting persuasive legal arguments.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience as a licensed attorney is preferred, but not mandatory.
