Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to pinpoint potential liquidity challenges and discover optimization opportunities, ensuring timely financial adjustments.
  • Construct and update pro forma financial statements for both new and ongoing real estate initiatives, incorporating vital assumptions, market insights, and investor return metrics.
  • Maintain and refresh financial models for real estate projects, ensuring they reflect current data and investor return scenarios, while continuously evaluating models for optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for various real estate projects, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives to facilitate effective financial planning.
  • Conduct scenario analyses and execute ad hoc financial evaluations as needed, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the creation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and comprehensive information to enable informed decision processes.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments and external stakeholders to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure consistency throughout all financial analyses.

Required Skills

  • Profound understanding of financial statements, especially cash flow statements.
