  • Outreach: Employ various channels, including outbound calling, emailing, social media, and networking events to attract and engage top-tier talent.
  • CRM Management: Oversee our CRM system to nurture recruitment leads and track their progression.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly updates and pipeline reports to ensure recruitment objectives are achieved.
  • Interviewing: Organize and conduct both in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Goal Oriented: Strive to meet or exceed targets for new hires.
