Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Real Estate Partner Sales Agent to join our esteemed organization in a remote capacity. This role offers the privilege of collaborating with leading Sales Agents in the real estate industry and managing a distinguished portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Listing side:
    • Oversee pre-listing activities such as staging and photography
    • Create compelling marketing write-ups for MLS listings
    • Assist in the preparation of listing documents
    • Provide support to the Lead Agent from contract ratification through to post-closing
  • Buyer side:
    • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
    • Respond promptly to all incoming leads
    • Organize and manage legal documentation
  • General:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system daily for all contacts and leads
    • Coordinate with industry partners including agents, clients, and home inspectors
    • Schedule appointments in appropriate calendars
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries

Qualifications
