Job Overview

We invite skilled Software Engineers to join our innovative Machine Learning Enablement Team, working with a prominent retail organization. As a Machine Learning Engineer, your expertise will be crucial in advancing the internal use of machine learning tools. Your contributions will be instrumental in understanding user requirements and strategically enhancing the machine learning experience for our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Senior Engineer through paired programming sessions.
• Interact with a variety of internal clients, including Business Analysts and Data Scientists, to identify and tackle their business challenges.
• Promote the integration of machine learning tools that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Write code that connects proprietary applications with third-party software solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• A foundational understanding and genuine interest in machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in a widely-used programming language, especially Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively gather requirements and resolve business challenges.
• Experience in data analytics for data aggregation and visualization as required.
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with GCP, Google Vortex, SciKit, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Spark, and MLflow.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Python (Required).
• 1 year of experience in Machine Learning (Preferred).
