Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with top suppliers while negotiating favorable contracts and managing comprehensive procurement processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure outstanding service delivery and performance.
  • Optimize procurement efficiency by streamlining purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring that inventory levels meet operational demands.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and pricing to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align with production schedules and organizational objectives.
  • Address supplier-related issues proactively to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain functions including sourcing, procurement, negotiations, and supplier management.
  • In-depth knowledge of various contract types, models, and negotiation strategies.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP and/or SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

  • A strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in supply chain activities with at least 5 years of substantial experience.
