Job Overview

Are you an analytical supply chain leader with a strong focus on optimization? Elemental Enzymes is seeking a skilled Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to spearhead our S&OP initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless integration of demand, supply, and financial strategies to drive our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive S&OP plans, managing rolling 12-18 month forecasts to enhance inventory management and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, and finance, to gather insights and align on strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and trend assessments to support informed decision-making.
  • Design and execute strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain processes, including production planning, sourcing, and resource allocation.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings, facilitating clear communication and decisive actions.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within S&OP processes and analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven expertise in a manufacturing context with a deep understanding of the key drivers influencing this sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, coupled with experience in ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to lead and inspire collaboration within teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a commitment to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
