We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our Risk & Compliance Services practice in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Risk Advisory projects in collaboration with Partners and Directors.
• Oversee internal audits, financial reporting controls, and compliance engagements, ensuring meticulous execution.
• Manage integrated consulting initiatives, including fraud risk assessments and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews.
• Advocate for the adoption of technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, customizing services to align with their specific needs and expectations.
• Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and managing the profitability of client engagements.
• Work closely with team members, utilizing modern technology and data analytics to optimize service delivery.
• Conduct thorough reviews of engagement documentation and lead client meetings as required.
• Provide mentoring and developmental feedback to junior team members.
• Create thought leadership content to boost your professional visibility.
  
  

Required Skills

• Relevant internal audit certification (CIA, CISA, CPA, or CFE).
• Proficiency in IT areas such as Governance, SDLC, Change Management, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills and stage presence.
• Familiarity with technology and work paper systems (e.g., Workiva, Auditboard).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services or relevant industry roles.
• At least 3 years of management experience with proven stakeholder engagement.
• Additional certifications such as CISA are advantageous.
