Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within our Strategic FP&A practice to support private equity-backed portfolio companies by executing strategic FP&A initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive financial and operational reporting and strategic analyses to facilitate informed decision-making for our clients.
• Design and implement advanced reporting and forecasting models that enhance ongoing performance management.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, including company management and private equity teams, to oversee and deliver successful engagements.
• Assume responsibility for key tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and data management, contributing significantly to client success.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting/advisory with a focus on financial effectiveness, strategy, operations, or corporate FP&A within a middle-market private equity context.
• Intermediate proficiency in BI tools or data analytics, alongside a robust understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities to present and support financial analyses.
• A team-oriented attitude complemented by strong analytical and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis.
