Join a leading company in Out-of-Home (Billboard) Advertising in North America, where we empower people, places, and businesses to thrive! As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Real Estate Development team, focusing on site identification, leasing, and permitting of new advertising assets, including billboards, street furniture, and eye-catching wall graphics. You will also manage existing real estate assets, which includes lease renewals, easement negotiations, and other related responsibilities as determined by management.

Summary

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting business case analyses, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends and inform decision-making. Your insights will help drive the success of our projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions.
• Assist in developing and analyzing business case documents seeking approval for capital investments related to billboard builds, lease renewals, asset purchases, or transit bids.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and create value for the organization.
• Analyze historical revenue and expense trends to assess the profitability of investments.
• Support the creation of presentations for internal management, investor relations, and the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent analytical skills with prior experience in building and maintaining financial models.
• Proficient in manipulating large data sets using Excel and other database tools.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on business writing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including macros, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs).
