Move Forward Counseling, LLC is looking for an experienced Mental Health Therapist with some supervisory experience for our new State College office. This position requires at least 2 days in the office, but the remainder can be remote.
Currently, we are accepting applications for: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist with licensure for at least 3 years and at least 2 years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting. Prior experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred.
The Clinical Supervisor will be the clinical lead for the office, including supervising a team of up to 12 therapists and being the point person for things related to the that office. Supervisors are required to complete 20 billable therapy sessions per week and the compensation package includes health insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k plan with company match, money towards continuing education and student loan repayment up to $5200.00 annually. Competitive, above average pay for this area is being offered. Bonuses are given for sessions above the required number and the bonus is paid out monthly.
