We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Experience & Services Operations Manager to lead and develop a global team of high performing generalists. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience, excels at collaboration, and exhibits a growth mindset.

  • Execute global, high-quality, accurate, and efficient People & Culture services in compliance with policies and procedures and within defined service level agreements
  • Develops and manages operational initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Simplify, standardize, optimize and scale processes in close partnership with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business & People Partners, IT, and HR Technology
  • Establish credibility, forging strong partnerships to drive organizational change
  • Ensure effective communication of critical program and operational issues among all stakeholders
  • Drive efficiencies and continuous improvements in service delivery for a cross-functional People & Culture (P&C) team using interaction and feedback
  • Monitors and reviews procedures, guidelines, and documentation in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Ensure knowledge base readiness and maintenance to enhance employee and manager self-service 
  • Manage and develop a group of regional leads based in AMR, EMEA & APJ and drive team performance with clear objectives & performance expectations aligned with organizational strategy and goals, ensuring progress is celebrated
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, user testing, and data validation for system enhancements

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of P&C policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, tenacity and innate curiosity
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle and make decisions about sensitive matters with integrity and utmost confidentiality
  • Proven track record of driving efficiencies and continuous improvements in P&C processes
  • Takes initiative
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership and team management
