Job description

At TecAlliance, IT and automotive specialists collaborate to digitize the automotive spare parts market. We are not just witnessing the future of the market together - we are shaping it. Your team consists of more than 35 colleagues who are Data Specialists and Assistants for Graphic Design. We help another business unit called Technical Data Products with handling and documentation of our inbound customer requests for our service book.

We're excited to offer a remote work opportunity within Netherlands, Spain, France or Italy, and it's ready for the right candidate (m/f/d) to jump in as soon as they're available. This position is a permanent contract and a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday).

Tasks:
  • Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems
  • Data acquisition: Assisting our workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement
  • Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems
  • Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries via email

Your profile:
  • First experience in contact with customers
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC
  • Fluency in German and English language skills (C1 level)
