JOB TITLE: Customer Service Associate (Withdrawal)

About the Client: Were a US based Daily Fantasy Sports operator. We are looking for a full-time
Withdrawal Specialist to assist in ensuring our users receive their withdrawals in a timely manner. An
average day in this role would include reviewing, approving, processing customer withdrawals, and
identifying potential fraudulent withdrawals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Withdrawal Specialist is responsible for managing and processing customer withdrawal requests,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role requires close attention to detail, customer
service skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential fraud. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Review and process outstanding withdrawal requests
  • Respond to withdrawal-related inquiries and follow-ups of customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough screening of all customer withdrawals before processing.
  • Monitor incoming withdrawal requests for signs of potential fraudulent activity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the withdrawal experience and efficiency.
  • If needed, collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns.
  • Actively participate in team and company huddles and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of all processed withdrawals


Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail, especially when dealing with financial transactions
