ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Mid Business Analyst to join the project, which aims to adapt our Client’s internal system to new requirements. In this position you will perform analysis of the requirements for changes in the system, detail requirements for tasks, prepare system specifications in order to implement changes in the system that meet the needs of external institutions and users.

We are looking only for the candidates who are based in Lithuania.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicit, analyze, and align requirements.
Analyze and describe existing systems.
Analyze and design system integrations.
Prepare documentation for business and solution requirements (e.g. business requirements document, functional specification, technical specification etc.)
Communicate, verify and validate requirements.
Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for system users.
Support development and testing teams during the implementation of new requirements.
Utilize Agile work methods to manage and deliver project tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in preparing user manuals and conducting training sessions.
Proficiency in both written and verbal Lithuanian language, ability to understand English.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with BPMN and UML.
Basic knowledge and experience with SQL.
Prior experience working within Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
Experience with UX activities like Wireframing.
