Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Eastern Region Sales Manager to join our enthusiastic team focused on sustainable design and mass timber construction. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in increasing demand and revenue by cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial construction sector. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires independent judgment, motivation, and regular travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain enduring relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and developers by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Structural Round Timber (SRT) and Sawn Heavy Timber (SHT), along with current trends in sustainability and construction.
  • Serve as the company representative to the wider developer and contractor networks.
  • Identify and assess new sales opportunities, responding efficiently to incoming inquiries.
  • Act as a consultant within the design community, crafting value-added project solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining proactive communication with clients.
  • Present quotes, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue through a consultative selling approach.
  • Manage and update HubSpot CRM, ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts and reports.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in sales development with a focus on structural solutions and mass timber construction.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
