Job Overview

In this integral role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our executive team, enhancing both organizational performance and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the President and executives to promote a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Employ Microsoft Office applications for managing and tracking invoices, timesheets, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements, effectively managing calendars to keep executives informed of their commitments and obligations.
  • Aid in marketing initiatives by identifying potential opportunities, including requests for qualifications and proposals.
  • Curate and maintain content for statements of qualifications, including staff resumes and documentation of our company's accomplishments.
  • Organize conference calls and meetings to support effective communication and collaboration among team members.

  • Proven organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications
