Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Data Entry Coordinator to join our esteemed medical products manufacturing and distribution team. Key Responsibilities

  • Precisely enter orders received via fax or email, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, especially regarding sensitive billing and credit card information.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and verifications of data to uphold the integrity and accuracy of our records.
  • Maintain the utmost privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Update system records by scanning and digitizing paper documents.
  • Serve as a crucial point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, including complaints and concerns, by directing issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, oversee password resets, provide tier-one technical support, and assist in retention services for our customer portal.
  • Manage non-telephonic requests for information, cancellations, order status updates, and returns.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the team's objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, enabling effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
  • Fundamental mathematical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentages.
  • Competence in utilizing spreadsheets (Excel) to analyze business performance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and reasoning skills, with the capacity to identify issues, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • An aptitude for developing business relationships and resolving conflicts to meet the needs of the company, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year institution, or an Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent experience of two to four years in a related field.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Must be able to fulfill physical requirements, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lbs.
