Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Client Executive for our SPM team at Argano plays an important role within the sales team, driving strategic initiatives and managing key client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of both business and technology services to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. You will help the company grow by finding, acquiring, and managing SPM sales and projects. This role demands top-notch skills in sales, marketing, communication, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on finding SPM (Sales Performance Management) sales and building projects with them.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected.
  • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD preferred.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of related experience in client service or sales
  • In-depth knowledge of SPM and familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Leadership experience in a sales or account management capacity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
