Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics for local conferences and events, including vendor management and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate local industry events within our key sales territories, ensuring collaboration with the sales team.
  • Organize roadshows by selecting suitable venues, coordinating accommodations, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities for regional events.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and provide on-site support for seamless event execution.
  • Create event materials and promotional content for various events.
  • Conduct evaluations post-event to gather feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance event effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
