Job description

Job Title: Operations Specialist - Remote | Work From Home

Job Overview

We are in search of an Operations Specialist to oversee the professional delivery, installation, and ongoing support of our designated solutions. This role will act as the primary point of contact with the FCSD Zone Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture direct relationships with assigned dealers.
  • Participate in quarterly regional FCSD Organization meetings.
  • Assist launch and performance managers in organizing meetings and Quick Lane initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to meet regional targets.
  • Create and engage in developing Quick Lane Action Plans.
  • Conduct Repair Order Analysis as required.
  • Develop and monitor adherence to Quarterly Marketing Plans.
  • Coordinate scheduling for Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
  • Update and ensure proper display of current Quick Lane POS materials.
  • Collaborate with Quick Lane Manager to perform Competitive Ad and Price Surveys.
  • Review and authorize Co-op claims.
  • Support Quick Lane with Search Engine Optimization and Landing Page Claiming.
  • Motivate and regulate Quick Lane Contest and Incentive performances.
  • Oversee tire sales processes within each Quick Lane.
  • Carry out periodic inventory assessments and facilitate inventory swaps as needed.
  • Provide on-site training and ensure completion of mandatory STARS courses.
  • Conduct operational reviews on each visit, including KPI and sales performance assessments, and submit visit summaries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Fulfill all administrative responsibilities promptly.

Required Skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a field environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the aftermarket sector; preferably with a background in Retail Tire Store Management.
  • Familiarity with OEM dealer contacts is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication competencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to formulate improvement strategies.
  • Skills in implementing service advisor selling systems and process optimization at the aftermarket or retail level.
  • Capable of establishing and implementing effective metrics to maintain dealership focus on growth and ROI.
  • Proficient in PC applications within a Windows environment.
  • Competence in training and utilizing all facets of Automotive Tire Sales and service sales.
  • Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians through effective training processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
