5-8 years in technical/pre-sales support, Experience with LAN/WAN/Internet administration, Strong knowledge of DNS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, Familiarity with Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall technologies, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in qualifying sales leads technicalities
- Be the main technical resource during sales calls
- Lead technical contact for post-sales issues
- Work closely with technical support and engineering
- Provide training to customers after sales
