What You Will Do

  • Lead highly technical integrations with major global brands, ensuring successful outcomes for our client’s customers.
  • Drive complex technical projects from inception to completion, transforming challenges into clear, actionable plans that inspire teams and delight customers.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and priorities with efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to influence product development and inform future sales opportunities.
  • Train and enable colleagues across the organization to elevate their technical understanding of features and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and refine internal processes that balance efficiency with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage your keen understanding of customer needs to provide proactive, personalized support.
  • Communicate technical ideas with clarity and empathy, breaking down complexity into easy-to-understand messages for diverse audiences.

About You

  • You’re a curious mind who loves understanding how things work beyond just reading the manual.
  • A customer service expert who listens and delivers solutions that leave customers thrilled.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a laser focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • You excel in environments where playbooks don’t exist—you create them as you go.
  • Experienced in working directly with senior technical leaders, including C-suite executives.
  • 6+ years of experience managing API integrations of 3rd-party apps and software into SaaS or eCommerce platforms.
  • Proficient with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, and front-end troubleshooting.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in training or guiding technical teams.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and associated technologies.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways and processors.
