Job description

Who We Are

Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be involved in building something of real value from the ground up. They are looking for bright, talented individuals who are excited about innovation, growth, and the world of Relationship Commerce. If you’re motivated by a desire to solve problems and deliver groundbreaking insights and solutions, you’ll be a great fit!

About The Role

The product teams at our client’s organization pride themselves on their passion, customer focus, and accountability. They work closely with customers to understand their businesses and needs, and then deliver experiences, products, and features that truly impact their success. This role is about creating not just happy customers, but raving fans.

They are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to join the team.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: Own the strategic plan and roadmap for one of our client’s product lines. Determine key initiatives, break plans into manageable, measurable release phases, and guide the product forward.
  • Product Management: Understand market needs and user pain points, craft product vision and solutions, deliver incremental business value, validate assumptions, and iterate along the way.
  • Go to Market: Start with the end goal in mind and ensure the impact of the product in the market is clear. You’ll lead with a go-to-market strategy that integrates seamlessly with the product development process.
  • Product Delivery: Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories for new product improvements, collaborating with UX design, data science, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers from concept to release.
  • Project Management: Work closely with engineering teams to bring new product concepts to life throughout the development cycle. Post-release, conduct analysis and testing to ensure successful implementation.
  • Team Leadership: Identify process gaps, take on responsibilities, communicate your product vision to the company, provide mentorship, and embody the company’s values in your daily work.
  • Company Role Model: Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals and build/represent values through servant leadership.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in a software product management role, ideally within a B2B software company.
  • Ownership: Proven track record of ownership and fast-paced professional growth.
  • Action Oriented: Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and commit to a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Data Focused: Solid analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and generalize solutions for broader application.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business opportunities, constraints, and risks for both our client and their customers.
  • Learning on the Fly: Ability to onboard quickly and dive into new challenges.
  • Strategic Agility: Experience developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line.
  • Peer Relationships: Skilled in building cross-functional relationships, with excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications above, don’t worry! We encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role.
