Position Overview

As the Vice President of Sales, you will drive the sales strategy and execution to propel GRRN's growth in the FinTech space. Your role will involve building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing key relationships with clients, and creating a robust sales pipeline. You will be instrumental in communicating our value proposition to diverse market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and strategic partners across the US and Africa.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics, especially in cross-border payments and wealth management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
