Position Summary
In this role you’re responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that generate demand, convert demand into pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives and target audience segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, content, and design to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead acquisition and conversion.
Campaign Development:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
Lead Generation:
- Own the end-to-end lead generation process, from identifying target audiences to nurturing leads through marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Optimize lead scoring and segmentation strategies to ensure sales teams receive high-quality, sales-ready leads.
Data Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and tactics, ensuring continuous improvement of demand generation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with revenue goals and improve lead handoff processes.
- Collaborate with content and brand marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
Marketing Technology and Automation:
- Stay up to date with marketing automation technologies and tools (including Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights), and leverage them to streamline processes, nurture leads, and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to experiment with an AI-first approach to marketing- leveraging the latest tools and working alongside our AI R&D team to develop in-house solutions.
- Proven experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics CE / Customer Insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and content marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving KPIs
Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Ability to be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Lifting: Ability to lift equipment and or tools up to 20 pounds.
