We are seeking Board Certified Pain Management Physicians, licensed in Connecticut, to join our esteemed panel of reviewers at ezURs, a URAC accredited Independent Review Organization. As a vital component of our nationwide physician reviewer coverage, you will engage in utilization reviews, focusing on pre-authorizations, medication assessments, and long-term disability cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct objective and defensible evaluations of medical records, concentrating on diagnosis, mechanisms of injury, and treatment histories.
  • Assess the appropriateness of care through evidence-based practices, ensuring unbiased reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to guarantee thorough and comprehensive assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of pain management, reflecting current medical practices and guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Board Certification in Pain Management.
