Join ezURs, a URAC-accredited Independent Review Organization, as we seek licensed Board Certified Plastic Surgeons from CO, FL, ID, or OH to join our esteemed panel of Physician Consultants. We pride ourselves on providing exemplary nationwide physician reviewer coverage, ensuring that our board-certified physicians remain at the forefront of evidence-based practices while actively engaging in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive utilization reviews and peer reviews across various sectors, including health, workers’ compensation, and auto liability.
  • Evaluate pre-authorizations and medication reviews to ensure appropriateness of patient care.
  • Provide impartial and evidence-based assessments of medical records, focusing on the diagnosis, mechanism of injury, and treatment regimens.
  • Maintain active practice within your specialty, applying the latest advancements in your field.

Required Skills

  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  • Active, unrestricted physician licensure in one or more of the following states: CO, FL, ID, or OH.
  • Profound understanding of evidence-based medical practices.
  • Ability to conduct objective and defensible assessments of medical records.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
  • Hold an active and unrestricted physician license with no prior restrictions, limitations, or malpractice claims.
  • Current engagement in active medical practice is mandatory.
