Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Schedule:

9:00am to 5:00pm Florida Time, Monday - Friday with 30min paid break, 8hrs/day | 40hrs/week

Client Time: Florida

This growing software company provides specialized solutions to home health and home care agencies across the United States. Their platform handles critical functions like billing, payroll, scheduling, and creating patient visits to help these agencies run efficiently and effectively.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become an expert on this company's software platform and use your specialized knowledge to help home health businesses succeed. This is an opportunity to make an impact by enabling better care coordination and powering the operations of agencies caring for elderly and disabled patients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from home health agencies using the software
  • Provide useful, tailored advice and support drawing on your expertise
  • Continually expand your knowledge of the platform's billing, payroll, scheduling, and other modules
  • Communicate directly with customers
  • Learn the context of home care operations to better empathise with and assist clients
