What you do:

The position of an ETF Regional VP is to increase sales of Allianz Investment Management (IM) ETF products within the territory through direct contact (in person, phone and video conferencing) with financial professionals. This will be accomplished by building relationships with "non-producing" Allianz financial professionals to utilize our ETF products and through increasing existing Allianz ETF sales with the advisors who are currently selling Allianz products today. The individual will work with business partners including External/Internal Annuity Retirement Consultants, Allianz Investment Management, National Accounts, Distribution Sales Development, Sales Supervision, to name a few.

Building relationships and selling: Develop, grow and retain relationships to drive ETF sales with financial professionals in an assigned territory, through face-to-face, phone and video wholesaling. This will include delivering ETF sales ideas, education, non-product value to advisors, continuing education, retirement strategies presentations, portfolio construction and FinTech demonstrations.

What you bring:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience required: Sales experience in Financial Services. Proven sales ability and results. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • High School diploma required
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required

Preferred:

  • 4-5 years of experience preferred: Sales experience in Financial Services. Proven sales ability and results
  • Four-year degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Industry designation such as: CFP, ChFC or CIMA

Ability to manage travel (up to 50% of time will be traveling within the territory). Potential evening and weekend business functions. Comfortable with talking on the phone and presenting on video calls.

Territory: Florida

Base Salary Range $63,000 - $70,000 plus variable compensation.

In addition to base salary, a portion of your total compensation is based on commissions. Actual commission earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance.
