We are growing quickly and are looking for top talent to join our Business Development Team. 

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative who will focus on sourcing new opportunities in the United States   

The Sales Development Representative will work to drive sales and revenue by identifying new business opportunities for the company as well as for Dennemeyer & Associates in the region. The Sales Development Representative will prospect to new potential clients, schedule meetings for the sales teams, follow up accordingly, maintain excellent data accuracy in our CRM (SalesForce), and collaborate with partners in both sales and marketing to drive results. This position is 100% remote and reports to the Small Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving the Company's growth in the assigned region. Working in concert with the America’s Leadership team, the key responsibilities include: 

  • Identify potential customers for the products and services offered by our company     

  • Meet / exceed daily call volume (50) and email volume (50) 

  • Develop information on contacts using web search, social media and other provided tools 

  • Maintain accurate and up to date information on contacts, activities and outcomes in CRM and other sales tools 

  • Schedule new business meetings with qualified prospects for our sales teams 

  • Maintain and expand upon knowledge of the variety of services and products Dennemeyer has to offer  

  • Work with leadership to A/B test messaging, cadences, and various KPI’s to incrementally improve sales outcomes  

  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of Intellectual Property terms and concepts is a plus but not required 

  • A hunger to learn and expand your sales knowledge, prior cold-calling experience (preferred, but not required) 

  • Ability to work productively under pressure and willingness to take initiative to ensure completion of tasks 

  • Ability to be a proactive team player while also working independently within a virtual team 

  • Familiarity with sales technology (SalesForce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc) is a plus  

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills  

  • Highly dependable, self-motivated, energetic with excellent time management skills
