Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead IT Recruiter with expertise in recruiting for Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) roles. In this position, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and technical teams to identify and secure top-tier talent. Your focus will be on filling key technical roles in the IT and AI space, contributing to projects that drive innovation in AI-powered systems, process optimization, and natural language understanding.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, focusing on technical roles related to Machine Learning, AI, and NLP.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and secure candidates with highly specialized technical expertise.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML frameworks, and related technology landscapes.
  • Experience with candidate evaluation tools and technical assessments specific to AI and ML.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Additional certifications in technical recruiting or AI/ML-related technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT and AI-related positions, with an emphasis on roles requiring ML, DL, and NLP skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of technical competencies necessary for success.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through advanced sourcing strategies and industry tools.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related technologies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine hiring processes and workflows, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay current with trends in ML, NLP, and AI recruitment to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the hiring landscape.
