Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled program manager, solutions expert, or implementation consultant to fill our new Integration Platform Project Manager role, helping to form the cross-functional go-to-market team for the Paycor Integration Platform. This role will manage client engagements across all parts of the integrations customer journey, with the goal of ensuring the commercial success of the Paycor Integration Platform. Additionally, the Integration Platform Project Manager will effectively lead projects within the Customer Experience or client project portfolio, being the primary owner of assigned projects and managing all aspects to deliver on-time and on-budget.

Duties and Cor Responsibilities

  • Lead Custom Integration Projects: Oversee the end-to-end execution of custom integration and reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and driving commercial outcomes for Developer Services.
  • Integration Project Management: Lead a portfolio of integration related project assignments simultaneously, applying standard project management procedures and serving as the ultimate owner of project schedule, scope, and budget. Create and maintain project plans, identify and manage dependencies, tasks, issues, owners, and risks. Analyze and develop mitigation plans for any significant potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish strong working relationships with client/stakeholder base, communicate status to project team, client/stakeholders, and leadership. Raise concerns quickly to stakeholders and escalate when necessary.
  • Training and Troubleshooting: May train users on systems and processes as a supplement to other training resources and assist with developing training resources. May troubleshoot hardware or software problems for clients and escalate to technical support when necessary
  • Requirements Gathering & Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with clients and their implementation teams to understand integration requirements, define project scopes, and deliver tailored solutions that support the commercial success of the Paycor Integration Platform and Developer Services.
  • Client Configuration & Testing: Work with large clients to configure and test templatized integration or flat file SFTP solutions, ensuring customized implementations that enhance the value of the Paycor Integration Platform.
  • Support DevAssist Program: Help connect internal technical SMEs with client developers building integrations using our HCM developer portal, offering premium support to accelerate projects and the growth of the Paycor Integration Platform.
  • Streamline Delivery Timelines: Implement process improvements to reduce bottlenecks and accelerate the delivery of custom integration projects, driving operational efficiency and enhancing the competitive positioning of the Paycor Integration Platform and Developer Services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the product organization, professional services, and client success teams to ensure the alignment of client solutions with the commercial objectives of the Paycor Integration Platform.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through custom integrations and ensuring successful outcomes that align with the growth and scalability of the Paycor Integration Platform.
  • Feedback Loop for Product Development: Provide valuable insights from client projects to inform the product roadmap, enhancing the scalability, functionality, and commercial success of the Paycor Integration Platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, professional services, or technical account management roles, preferably in HCM, HRIS, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and working with client implementation teams to define project scopes and deliver customized solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in understanding APIs, data integration methods, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with developer tools and platforms (knowledge of how integrations are scoped, designed, and delivered is a must).
  • Commercially aware mindset with a focus on supporting the growth and success of the Paycor Integration Platform and Developer Services.
  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, MIS, or similar.
  • 2 years prior project management experience with multiple project implementations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with both associates and senior leadership within the organization.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Travel may be required with some ability to travel on limited notice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Paycor’s HCM solutions.
  • Prior experience working with SFTP-based file transfers or API integrations.
  • Experience in managing implementation, program management, product delivery, or technical consulting teams.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $80,000 - $120,000. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
