About the Role:

In order to achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a Field Marketing Specialist to execute our field marketing activities in EMEA APAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific). The Field Marketing Specialist’s main responsibility is to execute the field marketing plan to support the EMEA APAC sales team in achieving their targets. The Field Marketing Specialist reports into the Field Marketing Director, EMEA and is responsible for the marketing release initiatives, aligns with the product marketing managers, the digital marketing specialists as well as the global marketing program director, and is a key partner in executing the business-unit specific net new demand generation plans in the region. As we are on a transformational journey, the successful candidate must be able to both cover the future state of our ambition as well as being hands-on as we move quickly to challenge our status quo.


Essential Functions:

  • Build & deliver the demand gen marketing release plan and track execution
  • Drive next level of the field marketing practice to achieve regional sales objectives more efficiently
  • Review, measure & optimise ongoing initiatives to make data driven decisions to improve results
  • Continuously improve ways of working in collaboration with regional & functional marketing & sales teams
  • Review execution progress, results & learnings and share amongst the team and with sales


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the tech industry
  • Track record in driving successful marketing initiatives for net new prospects as well as project management
  • Hands-on experience of managing multiple stakeholders in sales and business through data and reports
  • Must be self-driven/able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a global team
  • Native English speaker with excellent written skills to craft and run localised field marketing initiatives across multiple countries/regions
