About the role:
Freedom is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist/Digital Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your expertise in design, digital advertising, and content creation will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and design digital and print materials (e.g., brochures, ads, social media graphics) using Adobe Suite. Figma
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually cohesive campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Present design concepts and revise based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into your work
- Be responsible for creating the graphic design elements that support our brand communications and guidelines such as icons, logos, and font typefaces
- Provide support for the rollout and execution of holistic marketing campaigns
- Work to support the growing demand for relevant, and engaging content in each of our channels
- Fully comprehend a design brief's requirements/goals & independently deliver on its objectives & the client’s expectations
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Ensure the optimal delivery of content and brand assets to our international partners so that they are executing a consistent global campaign message
- Design and produce marketing communications (digital and print)
- Email Newsletters, Homepage banners, Website assets, Amazon content, etc.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions
- Develop motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms (social, ads)
