Job Description:
The Business Development Analyst has primary responsibility for supporting business development operations across Defense & Intelligence, focused on analyzing sales data using statistical techniques, ensuring CRM opportunity and sales data integrity, and liaison support across functional support teams. DC Metro area preferred.
The Business Development Analyst will be Responsible & Accountable for:
Liaison with functional support teams, to include marketing, core creative,
Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing reports, to include Salesforce and PowerBI.
Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources to ensure reporting and forecasting is accurate.
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Tracking D&I and Sector sales milestones/statistics.
Prepare “what if analysis" for sales budgets and forecasts.
Recommend and provide management with the necessary tools for sales analytics.
Develop reporting and metrics in identifying variances between actuals and forecasts and budget.
Success in this role will be measured by the following:

Reports and presentations to Executive-level quality
Knowledge of the DoD/IC program lifecycle and good practice
Strong controls mindset (versions, file/folder organization, reconciliations, etc.)
Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices in business development strategies, positioning Parsons as a leader in the industry.
Internally, his/her ability to:
Establish credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to the BD, D&I, Functional Support leadership teams.
Serve as a highly visible leader with a “people-first” approach; in doing this, s/he will:

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field in addition to a minimum of 10 years of direct related experience
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Capture, Pricing, and Proposals, particularly in federal contracting and the Defense and Intelligence customer market.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, to include Salesforce.
Experience supporting Business Development and Marketing planning, to include conference planning and support.
Superior EQ and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic vision and innovative thinking, with a hands-on approach to business operations.

Salary Range:
$165,000.00 - $310,000.00
