Overview:

The Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for putting the strategy, systems and training in place to support successful on-boarding, certification & on-going education for the GTM team in a dynamic growth environment.

 

Position Location

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop an enablement strategy designed to drive consistency and increase revenue across the inside sales, sales and account management teams (GTM).
  2. Design, utilizing standard LMS tools and learning principles, content to support enablement of GTM team.  This includes, creating the framework to support learning & delivering the training. 
  3. Working with various teams across business units, partner to develop and deliver content that includes product training, systems training, and “the basics” (presentation skills, prospecting, etc.)
  4. Partnering with HR & leadership work to tracking and analyze GTM performance, developing learning plans for improvement/
  5. Provide regularly updates to senior leadership on sales enablement initiatives and their impact on performance, developing KPIs and metrics + highlighting ROI where possible.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to GTM teams, working to highlight what is working and what isn’t.
  7. Implement standard process for Win/Loss Analysis, creating feedback loop to key stakeholders for process/product improvement & enablement to support gaps in process.
Qualifications:

Education:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:   

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Learning & Development
  • Proficiency in LMS tools & standard GTM tools (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
  • Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
