We are seeking an enthusiastic TikTok Shop Live Shopping Specialist to join our team and help drive sales through engaging and interactive TikTok live streams. This role is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce, influencer marketing, and social media. You will be responsible for hosting live shopping events, showcasing products, engaging with the audience, and converting viewers into customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, has experience with live streaming, and possesses a deep understanding of TikTok’s trends, culture, and algorithms.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Host TikTok Live Shopping events: Present and demonstrate products in real-time, ensuring an engaging, informative, and entertaining experience for the audience.
  • Drive Sales & Engagement: Effectively communicate product features and benefits to drive sales, answer questions from live viewers, and engage with the community.
  • Plan & Prepare Livestream Content: Work with the marketing and product teams to plan each live shopping event, including scripting, product selections, and promotional messaging.
  • Leverage TikTok Trends: Stay current on TikTok trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to create relevant and compelling live shopping experiences.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Track viewer engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize future live events and ensure constant improvement.
  • Collaborate with Creators & Influencers: Partner with TikTok creators or influencers to enhance reach, engagement, and authenticity during live streams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align livestreams with broader marketing strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Customer Experience & Feedback: Actively interact with the audience, gather real-time feedback, and adapt live content as needed to enhance customer experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in live-stream hosting, social media marketing, or influencer collaborations.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and user behaviors to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to articulate product value effectively and convert viewers into buyers through persuasive communication and interaction.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs such as viewer retention, sales conversion, and engagement to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with live streaming equipment, software, and TikTok’s e-commerce features.
  • Experience working with an established brand, influencer agency, or platform partner like TikTok is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a start-up mindset.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
 $30 - $35/hour 

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or the equity incentive plan. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
