What will you be doing?

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Global Payroll Projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within the timelines
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
  • Drive weekly/Monthly project status governance with the internal stakeholders and the clients

What do we need?

  • Should have min 5 - 8 years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Should be comfortable working in differential shifts.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload and accurately work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
