What will you be doing?
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Global Payroll Projects
- Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics
- Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within the timelines
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
- Drive weekly/Monthly project status governance with the internal stakeholders and the clients
What do we need?
- Should have min 5 - 8 years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Should be comfortable working in differential shifts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its equivalent
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload and accurately work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
