Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Virtual Assistant in Athens, Greece, with fully paid relocation! Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Italian, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with research and data compilation for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adapt to additional duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
